What is the ideal size for a group of 10 to 15 guests for a private party?

A minimum of a 48 ft is recommended for a group of 15 guests, for 20 Guests a minimum of 50 ft yacht is required, but we recommend a 55 ft yacht for this size of group as it gives you enough room to enjoy, move around and hangout.

What is the difference between standard, premium and event yachts?

These categories are defined on the basis of the amenities and the facilities as well as the condition of yachts, usually the brands like Gulf Craft, silver Craft and ORYX are classified as standard yachts, while Sun Seeker, Bennetti, Majesty and Azimut are classified as Premium category, while Galeon and Purshing falls under Super Luxury category, while the event yachts are the mega yachts with larger capacities with custom build for handling events providing more space for your events and guests

Will there be someone on the yacht to help us with our things?

For sure our well-trained crew will be available to assist you with your things while you are at our yacht.

Can we Bring our Food and Beverages?

Yes, you can on mostly yachts except for the Event Yachts

Do you provide anything complimentary?

Yes, we do depend upon the booking to booking you can ask our agent and they will be obliged to facilitate you as much as they can.

What if I am not able to come to my booking due to any unforeseen reason?

We understand that unpredictable things might happen, and our agents are trained to facilitate you in them we can re-schedule your booking to another date provided that the date is available without any charges for 1 time

Can we do water sports like jet ski during our booking?

Yes, you can ask our agent for the same and they will provide you with different products and packages for the same.

Can we extend the duration of booking while on the yacht?

Yes, if you are having a good time why not please contact our agent and they will help you in doing so provided there is no other booking after you on the yacht.

What is the minimum duration of booking you accept?

We accept a minimum of 2 hours booking for most of our yachts, but for the larger yachts like Desert Rose a minimum of 3 hours is required, also on weekends during the sunset time booking a minimum of 3 hours for the usual yachts and 4 hours for the event yachts is required.

What are the timings for booking a yacht?

Our fleet and crew are available around the clock to serve you, weather you want a midnight Birthday surprise for someone, or to share a sunset while proposing to your love, from enjoying fishing at sunrise to dancing your heart out with wind in your hair and sun on your back we got it all covered.

What is included in the price?

The price covers unlimited water, soft drinks and ice for all the guests in all yachts except for the event yachts, for event yachts these are covered in F&B packages

Can you do the decorations for our Event?

We would love to you can contact our agent for the type of decorations you want and they can guide you and offer packages accordingly

If we book for more hours, can we get a discount?

Yes, you can if you book for 4 or more hours our agents will definitely offer you discounts and complimentary items

Can we swim in the sea during our booking?

Yes, you can do the swimming, please ask the crew for the same and they will take you to a safe swimming location like near Burj Al Arab or JBR for the same we have life vests and tubes available on board for assisting you in the swim, but as per law you can only swim in sea before sunset.

Do you provide towels during the booking?

No, after COVID, we request our guests to bring their own towels due to health and safety reasons

Usually Team Builing is a 8 hour event covering all the aspects, we can reduce it depending up on every Client's requirements and results expectations from the event, we usually suggest a minimum of 4 hours to ensure a quantifiable results.

Every yacht in our fleet is certiffied by concerned authoriteis for safety measures including but not limited to First Aid, life jackets, life guards etc.

"50% of total charter value if canceled. 100% of charter value if canceled 1 week prior to departure. The trip shall be rescheduled due to weather or no sail permit is issued from the authorities to any other date as requested by the guests with subject to yacht availability.
Weekend slots are strictly no refund if the customer changed his or her mind.
