Yes. Food, décor, a DJ, a cake, a photographer, extra staff, water sports — that's the usual list. What we can actually put on the boat depends on the yacht, the marina, and how much setup time we have before you board. Tell us the occasion and headcount first. We don't lock suppliers until that fits.
Sometimes a package has one or two things in it. Most add-ons are quoted on the side, so you can see the charter and the extras separately. If something is included, it'll be on the quotation. If it isn't listed, assume it isn't.
No — everything on board goes through us. Storage, prep space, and cleanup are tight on a yacht, and outside vendors don't know the boat, the marina rules, or the timing. Food, décor, DJ, cake — we arrange it all in-house so nothing's guessing on the day.
On some yachts, after we check the galley, power, and safety. Open-flame live cooking is the one that gets blocked most often. We won't sell you a cooking station on a boat that can't take it.
It depends on the marina and how much we're putting on deck. Balloons and flowers are quicker. A full birthday or corporate setup needs a proper access window, and we pack it down after. That's confirmed in the plan, not guessed on the day.
